WHY US?

We don't just resolve conflicts, we curate them. Like museum curators who illuminate hidden masterpieces, we guide in revealing wisdom and potential in every dispute.  Each conflict becomes an exhibition of human ingenuity, empathy and collaborative problem solving.

About Me

My name is Vieux Vanie'

I am passionate about helping people see through the haze of pain caused by conflict, I believe every disagreement holds the seeds of awakening to our next moment of understanding.
With an MA in Human Resource Science from Western Carolina University and a BA in Behavioral & Social Sciences from North Carolina Central University, I bring both academic foundation and real-world understanding to conflict transformation. As a Georgia Registered Neutral and NC-certified Family Financial Mediator, I've spent three years guiding individuals, families, and organizations from disagreement to discovery.  How may I serve as your Conflict Curator?

“I have co-mediated with Vieux in multiple mediations and am always grateful for his insightful questions which always lead to the heart of the conflict. He is not afraid of conflict, and is adept at helping those who struggle to get their voices heard be acknowledged and have a say in the resolution. Our community is lucky to have him as a conflict resolution resource!”
